The funds you deposit do not originate from criminal or other illegal, unauthorized, or unlicensed activities;

You will not use or allow any other person to use gambling services or your gambling account for any criminal or other illegal activities as applicable to you or us under any law, including but not limited to money laundering;
You will keep your username, account, and password confidential, prevent unauthorized access or use, and promptly change the password or notify us in case of any loss, misplacement, or unauthorized use of your username, account, or password;
The user is solely responsible for all activities related to the use of gambling services through the gambling website and/or connecting devices using the user's username, account, and password, whether or not such connection and/or use is authorized or known to the user;
The user agrees not to use the gambling services, gambling website, connecting devices, gambling software, and gambling information in a way that interferes or may interfere with the use of gambling services and gambling website by other users or engages in any behavior that may reduce or disrupt the efficiency of the gambling services and gambling website operation

RIOSTARZ will take necessary and appropriate measures to keep confidential the personal information disclosed by the user to us. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their personal information. We reserve the absolute right to refuse the user's membership application for any reason. We are only responsible for the official backup website of RIOSTARZ as published on the online help. We will not be liable for any losses caused by members logging in through links to any other websites that appear similar to RIOSTARZ. The user may only open one account at RIOSTARZ. If we discover that the user has opened more than one account at RIOSTARZ, we reserve the right to treat all of the user's accounts at RIOSTARZ as one consolidated account, cancel the excess accounts, or terminate this agreement with the user.
6. Right to Use Gambling Software
The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the gambling software of the gambling website obtained by the user through connection devices for remote use is part of the gambling services and is the property of RIOSTARZ and/or its licensors; the user has no rights to the gambling software. The user shall not adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, broadcast, cablecast, publish, transmit, sell, lend, rent, license the use of the gambling software, or communicate or make the gambling software available to any other person or other websites, online services, bulletin boards, or any other media and/or connection devices in any way or by any means.

The user shall not:

Distribute, lend, rent, sublicense, copy, transfer, assign, transfer or otherwise make the gambling software and/or the right to use the gambling software available to any other person;Allow others to use the gambling software; Establish or provide any means (including but not limited to simulation programs) for others to use the gambling software; Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, crack, develop derivative products entirely or partially based on the gambling software and/or its source code, or copy, modify, translate, or develop derivative products entirely or partially based on the user files related to the gambling software.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the gambling software provided on the gambling website or through connection devices or other means, as well as the user files related to the gambling software, are the property of RIOSTARZ and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and patent rights. The user hereby acknowledges that the structure, organization, and source code of the gambling software are valuable trade secrets of RIOSTARZ and its licensors. The user acknowledges that, except for the rights granted to the user under the license, the user has no rights or interests in the gambling software and/or the user files related to the gambling software.
If this agreement is terminated for any reason, the user's granted rights under this agreement shall automatically expire, and the user shall cease using the gambling software and uninstall it from the connecting device.
7. Transaction Settlement
The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the gambling software provided on the gambling website or obtained through connection devices or other means, which is intended for remote use, is part of the gambling services and is the property of RIOSTARZ and/or its licensors. The user has no rights to the gambling software. The user shall not adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, cablecast, publish, sell, lend, rent, license the use of the gambling software, or communicate or make the gambling software available to any other person or other websites, online services, bulletin boards, or any other media and/or connection devices in any way or by any means.

8. Claiming Bonuses
Once the user's bonus is settled, it will be credited to the user's account. The specific withdrawal methods can be found in our bonus withdrawal policy, and the user must present a valid photo ID and/or credit/debit card recognized by us.
If allowed by the issuing bank of the user's credit/debit card, the bonus can be directly credited to the user's credit/debit card account used for making the deposit. For checks or wire transfers, the payee name shall be based on the name registered or provided when applying for membership. If the deposit is made using a credit card or debit card, the payee must also be the registered cardholder of the credit card or debit card.
The user must comply with the provisions and restrictions regarding the withdrawal of bonus funds from the account; otherwise, it will not be processed.
